Why your body might be maintaining time much better than your phone– and what that suggests for you.

I have constantly viewed time like a darkness. It increases and reduces relying on my positioning, occasionally competing in advance, and other times slowing down until it is painfully slow and every secondly is an infinity.

However occasionally I notice that I am experiencing time without seeing the clock, as if in my body, I have my very own timepiece.

Which leads me to an off-putting question. Do we have an internal clock ticking inside all of us, or am I kidding myself?
